Here are some stories making headlines across the Hudson Valley.
An Ulster County family is hoping a GoFundMe will cover funeral costs for a local boy killed while riding his e-bike. State Police say 12-year-old Christopher Smart was riding down a steep hill on Vanorden Road in Milton when he lost control and crashed into a brick wall. The family says the boy was found dead not far from his home by someone passing through the area.
An Olivebridge man is facing several charges for allegedly violating an order of protection in Saugerties. Police say Lyle Cook was arrested and charged with aggravated harassment, stalking and criminal contempt. He's being held in Ulster County Jail.
A Yonkers man is safe this morning after going missing for nearly two days. Police say Jacinto Campos-Tovar was found around 10 p.m. Monday at Saint Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx. News 12 is told he's in good health and is now with his family. Campos-Tovar had been missing since early Sunday morning.
