A Putnam woman will spend four years behind bars after an intentional hit-and-run. Heather Licari, 41, had been convicted of attempted assault, according to the Putnam County District Attorney's Office. Authorities say video surveillance showed Licari intentionally swerving her car in order to hit her sister's 28-year-old boyfriend in Patterson back in 2019. The victim suffered serious injuries requiring surgery.
Flames broke at 455 North Broadway in Yonkers around 1:30 p.m. on Monday. Authorities say one resident of the garden apartment was injured. The cause of the fire has not been released yet.
