A Yonkers police officer is back home from the hospital after being injured while responding to a report of a man waving a gun last Monday. The officer was released from Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx. He's one of several officers who responded to 52 Main St. last week. During the incident, the officer was injured when he fell from a third floor landing to a second floor landing. Lamont Jackson, 24, of Yonkers, is charged with assault, menacing a police officer and falsely reporting an incident.

A Mamaroneck man is facing several charges after a fake OSHA card at the Javits Center construction site uncovered a massive fake ID ring. Michael Kruise Williams is charged with conspiracy to commit fraud relating to identification documents, production of false identification documents, bank fraud and aggravated identity theft. An investigation by New York's Inspector General found Williams allegedly produced fake driver licenses, social security cards and OSHA cards out of an office in Norwalk, Connecticut.

Officials and residents in the Middletown area are on the lookout for a deer that has been spotted with its head stuck in a plastic lid for a storage bin. A viewer sent News 12 photos of the deer at the Hillside Cemetery on Mulberry Street.
