A 26-year-old Ossining man is in custody, charged with first-degree rape of a juvenile, following a four-month investigation by Greenburgh police. The suspect was arraigned in Greenburgh Town Court and subsequently remanded to the county jail.
An Ellenville man, Jordan Cutler, 35, faces attempted murder charges after allegedly attacking his mother with a knife. Police responded to a call at 19 Roslyn St. and discovered the victim with serious neck wounds. Cutler, still armed with a knife, was apprehended at the scene. He has been arraigned and remanded to Ulster County Jail without bail.
Five individuals have been arrested on drug-related charges in Ulster County following multiple narcotics complaints. Melvin Howell, 51, Francis Docimo III, 41, Heather Barlow, 46, Danielle Schovel, 29, and Natasha Ulrich, 32, were found in possession of controlled substances in a residence on Third Avenue in the City of Kingston. The suspects face various charges, including drug possession, weapon possession, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
