A New Rochelle man has been indicted in his mother's murder. Daniel Flores Arteaga, 26, is accused of strangling his mother back in March inside her home on Second Street. Ramapo police say they have arrested a man for shooting random cars and storefronts with a pellet gun. Officials say they received multiple calls in the Village of Airmont from witnesses stating their windows had been shot out by a man driving in a red pick-up truck.
