Here are some stories that are making headlines across the Hudson Valley.
A teenager is now facing charges for allegedly stealing $10,000 from Ulta Beauty at the Jefferson Valley Mall last May. A warrant was issued for 19-year-old Desiree Fowler in July, and she subsequently turned herself in to the police. Fowler is charged with grand larceny and was released after being arraigned.
Justin Elijah Hall of Middletown has been charged with breaking into Zumiez, a clothing shop at the Galleria Mall in the Town of Wallkill. The incident occurred while the store was closed, and Hall was subsequently arrested and charged with burglary and petty larceny. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Authorities are currently working to determine the cause of a single-car crash that resulted in injuries on Union Valley Road yesterday morning. Details regarding the number of individuals injured and the severity of their injuries remain unclear.
