Hochul: COVID numbers continue to trend in right direction

Gov. Kathy Hochul’s says COVID-19 cases continue to head in the right direction.
About 6,000 New Yorkers tested positive over the weekend with the state's positivity rate dropping to 3.52%.
In the Hudson Valley, the number of new cases in Rockland County is at 116, while Westchester County has 175 new cases. Orange County is showing 97 cases.
Statewide, there were about 550 new hospitalizations, and 68 new deaths, six of which were from the Hudson Valley.
