Home Inspector Joe: Now is the time to clean gutters

With warmer weather here. Do you need to get your home ready? If so now is the time to do it is 12 photojournalist. Kurt Fisher has gutter cleaning tips coming from Westchester Zone home. Inspector Joe, if your gutters are clogged, the water is going to overflow, it's going to pour down your foundation wall and then what's your foundation? What's below? What's inside your foundation is your home? Get that water away. Trust me, there is nothing in my gutters. Honestly, this is, this is something that anybody can do. This is, this is all you're gonna get in my gutters. Just a little bit of debris from the trees that are right here. That's why you want to make sure that your trees are cut back from your house. If these trees were growing over these gutters would be jammed up. But I'm always, I come out here, I come out here a few times a year. I make sure these gutters are clear. You want to make sure they're clear if they're not clear, your drains are going to get clogged and like I said, it's going to go against your foundation. It's going to get inside your house and then you're going to be spending thousands and thousands of dollars for something that you could have done yourself. Or you paid a couple $100 to have somebody come over here and clean your gutters for you. Very important. Homeowner tip one oh one right here. Clean gutters everywhere. The weather's really cooperating for those of you looking to clean those gutters. I like how they got that last one. He said pollen. I think it, it, it was verbalizing pollen everywhere and I was like, yes, that's, yes. Yes. You know what he's talking about? They still have pollen everywhere. Oh, boy.
