Westchester officials have unveiled the county's new "Hope Quilt."

The art installation is meant to raise awareness of the county's support services for at risk kids.

The Hope Quilt Project is part of a year-long effort by Westchester's Children's Association to increase awareness of services they provide to help reduce child abuse and neglect, increase school readiness, and improve overall maternal and child health.

"Curated by thousands of squares designed by supporters of WCA, child care centers, and school children truly representing the Westchester community," says Allison Lake, Westchester Children's Association executive director.

WCA offers those services to families with children up to 5 years old.
