Police turned to area hospitals Wednesday for help in identifying the charred body of a teenager found at a Monsey park.
Police say the victim, approximately 18 years old, recently had gall bladder surgery. Subpoenas for medical records on gallbladder surgeries are now being issued to New York City area hospitals.
The body was found smoldering in the parking lot at Manny Weldler Park Monday. Police are hoping a tattoo of a rose with the name ?Patricia? found on the victim?s lower back can also help solve the mystery.
