Residents and towns are bracing for another winter blast Saturday.
A winter storm warning is in effect from 11 a.m. Saturday to 8 a.m. Sunday. According to News 12 meteorologist Joe Rao, parts of the lower Hudson Valley could see between 6 to 9 inches of snow throughout Saturday afternoon. Westchester County, as well as New York City and northeast New Jersey, could see between 5-7 inches.
The snow is expected to begin around noon and taper off around midnight. The snow could mix with freezing rain, which could help limit snow accumulations. Strong winds are also possible. Temperatures are expected in the low- to mid-30s.
