Over 50 Westchester eateries are taking part in the Hudson Valley’s Restaurant Week.
The specials last through April 3.
The twice yearly event promotes chefs and restaurants throughout the county.
For many restaurants, it's been a matter of struggle and survival over the past two years due to the pandemic.
"As soon as the pandemic hit, we transitioned to a huge takeout program. We started doing family value meals, which worked out incredibly. That kept us going,” says Sal Cucullo, the chef and owner of the 808 Bistro in Scarsdale.
