Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is set to return this spring.
Organizers released the complete list of participating restaurants, spanning seven counties: Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Ulster, Dutchess, Orange and Sullivan.
This year's event will run from April 8 to April 21, with more than 140 restaurants offering prix fixe lunch and dinner menus at four price points: $24.95, $29.95, $39.95 and $44.95.
Diners are encouraged to make reservations early, as the event's popularity often leads to crowded dining rooms and limited availability.
