Hundreds of residents in Westchester, Rockland and Orange counties are still without power Monday after the area was hit with icy snow and rain.
Trees and power lines toppled as a result of the wintry weather over the weekend. One fallen tree also cut off access to a section of Greenburgh for approximately 10 hours.
Several warm centers have been set up for residents without heat and electricity. One is at the Yorktown Community Cultural Center in Yorktown and another is in the Palisades Mall in Rockland.
