The Ice Cream House, a Brooklyn-based company, is voluntarily recalling all of its dairy ice cream products and non-dairy frozen desserts due to a potential health risk of listeria.
According to the Food and Drug Administration, the products recalled were being sold at the Ice Cream House in Brooklyn and at select supermarkets in New York, New Jersey and Ohio.
The recall focuses on Ice Cream House’s soft serve on-the-go cups after two cases of listeria illnesses had been reported, one in New York and another in Pennsylvania.
