Incumbent Democrat Legislator Vedat Gashi declared victory Tuesday evening over his Republican challenger Daniel Branda in the race for Westchester Legislature’s 4th District.
Gashi said he was running on his record of addressing the cost of living, affordable housing, and reproductive rights.
The district includes parts of New Castle, Ossining, Somers and Yorktown.
