Monday is Indigenous Peoples' Day – and this year, one of the nation's oldest Native American tribes is also celebrating "a historical changing of the guard."

The Shinnecock Nation elected its first female chairwoman a few months ago and granted the 'Turn To Tara' team rare access to their tribal traditions.
