InnaVillage Productions is supporting mental health awareness by hosting
a free "Open Studio" session inside the JWC production studio at the
Garnerville Arts Center.
About a dozen kids
from the community came by on Tuesday to learn how to produce music and even
got the chance to get in the booth to record.
"The reason I'm doing this session is because art is
really therapeutic for the children, and the kids, so we bring it to them in an
easier way, without them actually having to spend the funds to do so,"
says Nikolas Rodriguez, of InnaVillage Productions.
This was the
second 'Open Studio' community event hosted by InnaVillage.
