The investigation into the property value of former President Donald Trump's Westchester golf course is now closed without any charges.
The district attorney's office had been investigating whether the Trump Organization misled Town of Ossining officials about the property value to lower its tax burden.
The club had originally claimed its property was worth much less than the town's valuation to keep its taxes low.
A compromise between the town and the club was reached back in 2021.
