A state Supreme Court Judge has granted a temporary restraining order that prevents migrants from being housed at a hotel in Orangetown.
The town filed the suit after New York City pushed to house 30 men at the Armoni Inn and Suites for up to four months.
The judge noted the preliminary injunction would not prevent the hotel from standard operations.
A preliminary hearing will take place next month.
