Junior's Cheesecake was forced to halt production at its New Jersey bakery due to a shortage of cream cheese.
Even though a new ship of supplies has arrived, the owner says delays could hurt their holiday orders.
Junior's say about 85% of its cheesecake recipe is cream cheese.
