When Elvir Miriqi came to the Bronx from his native land of Kosovo, he made the Morris Park Boxing Club his home.Miriqi became a pro boxer in 1997. He has a professional record of 32 wins and three losses with 20 knockouts. He won the Golden Gloves title in 1998. Years later, he won the 2004 NABC Belt.Miriqi will fight Ted Muller, of Illinois, for the undercard Wednesday night in White Plains. He hopes to improve his ranking in this fight in an area close to his Bronx home.
