Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is in full swing, and News 12 is highlighting some of the hot spots that are participating.

The menu at La Casa in Bronxville provides elevated Mexican cuisine such as vegan dishes, while providing staples like margaritas, guacamole, and delicious salsas. 

The eatery just won Westchester Magazine’s  "Best New Restaurant"  for 2022.  "It's really exciting to see the support that we have, from the people that have been here, from the community that voted, and you know, push us to the top," says Spencer Pignel, owner. 

Hudson Valley Restaurant Week runs through Sunday.
