Clear, sunny Thursday in Hudson Valley before cold conditions coming this weekend

NEXT: Quiet until Friday where scattered rain showers will develop. Transitioning into Saturday, ahead of a cold front, more rain will spread throughout the Hudson Valley. Cooler for Sunday with seasonable Fall temperatures Sunday into next week.

FORECAST:
THURSDAY: Mostly sunny to partly cloudy and still nice with highs around 75 degrees. Lows near 61 degrees. 
FRIDAY: DAMP AND GLOOMY -- Mostly cloudy with areas of drizzle/light showers. Highs around 70 degrees. Lows near 63 degrees. 
SATURDAY: WEATHER TO WATCH -- Mostly cloudy and breezy with periods of rain likely. Anywhere from 0.5" to 1.5" of rain possible. Rain totals will likely be higher to our east, but plan to bring outdoor plans indoors if possible. Highs around 68 degrees. A bit windy, too with gusts in the 20 mph range. Drying out overnight with lows around 50 degrees. 
SUNDAY: MUCH COOLER -- A mix of sun and clouds with highs around 59 degrees. Normal average high for late-October is in the upper 50s. Lows near 46 degrees. 
MONDAY: Sun and clouds. Highs around 57 degrees. Lows near 47 degrees.  TUESDAY: Sun and clouds. Highs around 60 degrees. Lows near 46 degrees.
