Students at Laurel Plains Elementary School are no longer returning to school today as originally planned.
Parents expected their kids to return to the school after being relocated due to unknown odors that caused many to become sick.
Staff members returned to the building yesterday, but testing still wasn't complete upon their return.
Investigators say that they are not fully sure what is causing the odors, but suspect that rodent nests near the air conditioning units as well as stagnant water may have been the cause. Officials say there are no health risks.
There is no word from the school district as to why students will still be attending classes at Clarkstown South this week.
