The maker of the popular Stanley Cup is now facing multiple lawsuits.

Customers claim the company failed to disclose that their tumblers contained lead.

Stanley asserts that the lead is in sealing material used to secure insulation around the base. The company maintains that the lead is nowhere that would come into contact with customers.

To date, there have been no official reports of health complications caused by the tumblers.
