The man accused of killing his girlfriend and burying her in a New Windsor backyard pleaded not guilty in court today.
Timothy Handel, accused of killing 27-year-old Kathleen Connolly, has been charged with second-degree murder in the case.
The judge set bail at $2 million and issued two orders of protection for two witnesses after prosecutors alleged that Handel attempted to call them.
