A Dutchess County man allegedly attacked his 65-year-old neighbor with a weed whacker.
State police say 37-year-old Todd Tripp hit the victim in the face and arm.
According to troopers, the weed whacker was on at the time.
Police say this happened during an argument over property lines at a home on Holsapple Road in Dover.
The victim was taken to the hospital.
Tripp is charged with assault.
