A man threatened to jump from a high-rise building in Midtown Wednesday, according to authorities.

The man, identified as Ian Mitchell, was 31-stories high when he sat on a broken window and threatened to jump after officials say the FBI tried to service him a warrant for alleged wire fraud.

The NYPD were able to get to the floor above and rappelled down and kicked Mitchell safely back inside.
