5ds agoA Bronx man was arrested at the Ramapo service area on charges of driving while intoxicated with a child in the car.
State police say Genaro Garcia-Cortes, was found sleeping in his truck with the headlights on at the service area on Nov. 24.
Authorities found an empty bottle of beer in the vehicle and reported that Garcia-Cortes smelled of alcohol. A 10-year-old girl was found in the back seat.
Garcia-Cortes was charged with driving while intoxicated.
