The body of man was found at Spring Valley’s Memorial Park this morning.

Spring Valley police says they were called to a parking lot at the park just before 4 a.m. today. Police tell News 12 they were receiving multiple 911 calls about the body before arriving.

When they arrived, they say a bystander was trying to perform CPR. 

Patrols also administered CPR but were unsuccessful. 

It’s unclear what caused the death.

The body was brought to the medical examiner’s office and an autopsy will be performed within the next few hours.
