Police say a man was found shot to death inside a Melrose apartment building Friday night.

Police responded to a 911 call and arrived at the McKinley Projects on East 163rd Street. They found the victim in a third-floor apartment. Police say the victim is a man in his 30s and had a gunshot wound to his head. He has not yet been identified.

Police are investigating the murder, but have no leads at this time.
