A man who was shot and killed by an off-duty Orange County Sheriff's Department deputy has been identified.
Kenneth Urmston, 41, was shot early Saturday morning after authorities say he tried to run over two bouncers with his SUV in front of a Chester bar.
A stray bullet also hit bystander Paul Bienskie, who is listed in stable condition at St. Francis Hospital and Health Centers in Poughkeepsie.
A police official says 30-year-old Jeremy Yela, the sheriff's deputy, is under administrative review following the shooting.
The Orange County District Attorney's Office says police-involved shootings are typically presented to a grand jury. But before that can happen, they say they're waiting to receive Urmston's toxicology report from the Medical Examiner's Office.
