Police say one of the suspects charged with murder in a deadly stabbing at a Middletown motel has been indicted.
Jose Soto was indicted on second-degree murder charges by an Orange County grand jury yesterday.
Three other men, Aldecier Calderon, Charles "C.J." Dolson, and his half-brother, Ollie Dolson, are also charged in the murder of Heriberto Ayala.
The suspects allegedly went to Gino's Motel last week to rob Ayala of money and drugs and then stabbed him to death.
