A Spring Valley man was indicted today in connection with a Monsey crash that led to the death of an infant.

Police say Albert Gomez hit a mom and her three children on Route 59 last month during a road rage incident involving a taxi.

The infant, Mayer Braun, died more than a week later. The mother and two older children suffered serious injuries and are still recovering.

Gomez faces manslaughter charges and is due back in court next week.
