Police are investigating the shooting death of a man in Newburgh.
Newburgh police say 25-year-old Lamont Young was shot Wednesday morning at 47 Lander St., one of roughest blocks in the city.
"The guy just walked in and ? shot him twice," says Patrick Patterson, who witnessed the shooting.
The slaying was Newburgh's first in 2009.
