Mario Ramirez says he was walking into his home on Main Street in Fishkill Wednesday morning when a pair of men approached him, demanding his things.
"When I was fighting with both of them, I started screaming. And when I was screaming, another guy came with a gun," he said. "He point with his gun to my head and he told me, 'If you don't stop screaming, I'm going to shoot you.'"
Ramirez says the men took his wallet and his car while he ran into the woods to call police, fearing for his life.
