As the college basketball season heats up, the Manhattan College Jaspers headed west looking for a big win.The men?s basketball team took on Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. It was the first-ever meeting between the two schools and the Jaspers first trip to the Golden State since the 1996-97 season.It was a sloppy first half, with the teams having 27 combined turnovers. The Jaspers went on to defeat Pepperdine 89-71.
