Mayor Bill de Blasio spreads pre-K information to parents during ‘Day of Action’

While this school year is winding down, parents are being urged to make a decision on their children's plans for the fall.  Mayor Bill de Blasio kicked off a pre-kindergarten "Day of Action" to get
