A state correction commission report has raised concerns about the death of a Westchester County Jail inmate, Luis Ramos, who was found dead in his cell last March.
The report, obtained by News 12, concluded that Ramos committed suicide.
Ramos, 29, was facing charges for the fatal stabbing of a Yonkers mother and daughter. The report also stated that Ramos should have received follow-up mental health services after losing access to them and that he remained undiscovered for over two hours after his death.
