4h agoThe Middletown man accused of setting fire to his girlfriend's apartment complex after he allegedly choked and beat her unconscious refused to appear virtually in Middletown court Friday.
Larry Hickmon, 39, was arraigned Tuesday on obstruction of breathing, arson and assault charges.
The case is now under grand jury review.
If indicted, Hickmon could face additional charges.
