Middletown man arrested for double murder

Orange County Executive Steven Neuhaus says that Baptiste was awaiting federal immigration proceedings when the stabbings occurred.

Kenol Baptiste was arraigned in Orange County Court for allegedly stabbing two men during a physical confrontation, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
The victims, all from Haiti, were living in the same home.
