The City of Middletown Police are asking for the public's help in a cold case homicide investigation.

The City of Middletown Police are asking for the public's help in a cold case homicide investigation.

Police say the two people pictured below are prime suspects in the 2019 fatal shooting of Middletown resident Sebastian Avilan-Medina.

The department says over the past five years it has pursued hundreds of leads in this challenging criminal case.

Anyone who recognizes either individual pictured is asked to call Middletown police at 845-343-3151. People can also contact Detective Sgt. Rob Mecocci at rmecocci@middletownpolice.com.
