Police in Middletown are searching for the suspect they say shot a 21-year-old man in the arm.

Residents on Chestnut Street say they heard gunshots and then saw the man running and screaming - with blood trailing him.

News 12 has been told that the victim is being treated at a local hospital and is in stable condition.
