Missing Monsey man found on highway in Virginia

A college student from Monsey who was the victim of an apparent abduction was found by police on the side of a Virginia highway Thursday.
Pace University student Julius Wilkes, 21, left his home in Monsey around 9 a.m. in his car. Police say 25 minutes later, Wilkes? mother received a disturbing phone call, the contents of which made her believe her son was abducted.
Police traced the call to Paterson, New Jersey, where authorities there were assisting with the investigation. Ramapo police say Wilkes was found by Virginia state police on the side of Route 81 and that he appeared to be fine.
