The village in Rockland County is a place where you can immerse yourself in everything from shopping to just about every type of cuisine.
And Main Street is one fun spot after another.
First stop -The Greekish. Owner and executive chef Constantine Kalendrans made the decision to rebrand his popular restaurant (formerly 8 North Broadway). “It’s casual, fun and friendly, a little more affordable, it’s The Greekish. It’s a fun Greek vibe of what we were doing before but kind of mainstream into the Greek market,” says Kalendrans.
Crossroads USA is one of those stores that you want everything you see. Owner Karim Deen travels all over the world to find one-of-a-kind pieces but offers them at affordable prices. “We’re an import design studio. We’re based out of Northern Thailand, and we import from about 26 countries. We have our own workshop, we design, we manufacture, we source,” explains Deen.
And the Breakfast and Burger Club features husband-and-wife team George and Marsina Ocampo, who opened just this past February with creations like the s'mores or banana pudding pancakes to their huge burgers and lengthy menu. This is a new must-visit spot for foodies. “We want to make it fun. We want our customers to have a great experience. It has a great vibe. We have great music playing all day,” says the Ocampos.
