Monroe-Woodbury Middle School in Central Valley was closed to students and staff today due to a sewer backup issue, the district announced.
According to district officials, crews are currently working to address the problem and perform necessary cleanup operations.
As a result, the National Junior Honor Society induction ceremony scheduled for today will be rescheduled.
