A 27-year-old Montgomery man is facing charges of rape and sexual abuse in the town of Crawford.

Police say they responded to a phone call last Wednesday that a 27-year-old woman was sexually assaulted. An investigation revealed that the woman was raped on two separate occasions within the town.

Two days later, police apprehended Tyler Hutting-Soyka.

He was arraigned in Orange County Court and is currently being held at the Orange County Jail on $2,500 cash bail.
