A winter storm watch is in effect for Ulster and Dutchess from Monday evening until Tuesday evening. Strong winds and heavy snow is possible for Putnam and Orange County as well.
SUNDAY: Daylight Saving Time starts. Partly cloudy early with overcast skies later in the day.
MONDAY - STORM WATCH - PM: Mostly cloudy to cloudy with increased chances of precipitation throughout the day. Highs in the 40s. Lows in the low 30s.
TUESDAY - STORM WATCH: A chance snow or mix in the morning. Snow accumulations are expected in upper Hudson Valley and are possible in the lower Hudson Valley. Highs in the 30s.
REST OF THE WEEK: Dry Wednesday and Thursday. More clouds and likely milder for St. Patrick's Day on Friday. Rain possible late Friday into early next weekend.
