Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Julian Seawright says to expect a gloomy and cold Sunday with a stray shower. Not a washout, but not great. Chilly all week with rain Monday and Wednesday.
TONIGHT: Increasing clouds. Lows in the upper 40s and low 50s.
SUNDAY:  Mainly cloudy through the morning hours with spotty light showers. Temperatures steady near 50 degrees, cooler in the upper Hudson Valley where rain will be more persistent. 
MONDAY: Cloudy, damp, and cold. Highs in the low 50s with light rain. Drier overnight and cooler with low temperatures in the upper 30s or near 40.
HALLOWEEN: Mainly cloudy and chilly with high temperatures near 50. A freeze expected overnight in spots with lows in the mid 30s. 
WEDNESDAY. Rain likely. Cloudy and cold with high temperatures in the upper 40s and low 50s. Overnight lows in the low to mid 30s. 
THURSDAY: A morning freeze, then chilly and sunny with highs near 50. 
LATE WEEK: Dry and cool with temperatures recovering.
